Meatless Mondays lunch hour

Come learn about healthy plant-based cooking, cook a healthy lunch and enjoy eating it with some wonderful health-minded people. Plan for animal-free, dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, non-processed food. Only healthy delicious food from the Earth!  RSVP   

$20 includes the food, education, & fun.

Date: 4th Monday of month 11am-1pm  in Mesa (Gilbert/Brown).
