True Balance Wellness offers monthly workshops to empower individuals to have healthier lifestyles by teaching plant-based cooking, making herbal remedies and natural body care products in their kitchens. 

Recent workshops include vegan cooking, herbal healing teas, natural facials, tincture, oils, salves for healing, salves for better health, balms and more! Harvested locally, the desert provides creosote or chaparral which we harvest and use in teas and salves.

Our workshops are affordable, educational and all-natural.  Contact Linda to setup a specific class for a small group or RSVP to one of the upcoming classes listed.

Vegan Challenge

RAW food chef Janet Lee and Vegan chef, Linda Curry will walk you through the process of moving to a plant-based diet over 5 weeks.  Includes in-person initial session, 3 weekly support calls with materials & recipes and a final potluck. RSVP today!   linda@truebalancewellness.com

Meatless Mondays lunch hour

Come learn about healthy eating, cook a light healthy lunch and enjoy eating it with some wonderful health-minded people. Plan for animal-free, dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, non-processed food. Only healthy delicious food from the Earth!
