I love to save time in the kitchen with my super simple kitchen tips. Today’s tip: Pre-make “garlic paste” to quickly add to your dishes instead of peeling and chopping for each meal.
- Peel about 1 cup of garlic* and put into blender with ~ 1/4 cup cooking oil like: avocado, coconut, grapeseed, or sunflower. Blend well.
- Scoop into small glass jars, put one in fridge for use, and the rest in freezer for storing.
- When cooking, simply scoop some out and to your dishes.
*Bonus Tip: Elephant garlic has huge cloves and super easy to peel making this preparation even quicker!
