Super Simple Kitchen Tips – Garlic Paste

I love to save time in the kitchen with my super simple kitchen tips. Today’s tip:  Pre-make “garlic paste” to quickly add to your dishes instead of peeling and chopping for each meal.

  1. Peel about 1 cup of garlic* and put into blender with ~ 1/4 cup cooking oil like: avocado, coconut, grapeseed, or sunflower. Blend well.
  2. Scoop into small glass jars, put one in fridge for use, and the rest in freezer for storing.
  3. When cooking, simply scoop some out and to your dishes.

*Bonus Tip: Elephant garlic has huge cloves and super easy to peel making this preparation even quicker!
