Why do so many today struggle with weight loss, keeping a healthy diet and maintaining ideal body weight? It is true that digestion is key to health and vitality. But so many struggle emotionally with food, often turning to it under stress, whether it be from boredom, procrastination, shame, guilt, sadness and even joy.     My name is Rosemary I weigh 239 lbs at 5’ 11” . This is the most I have every weighed. I am miserable!!! The problem is I am not able to exercise as I have done in the past because of some health issues with my heart. I have surgery scheduled for 11/7 /2019.
    I am also a Veteran and felt the best when my weight was 165lbs.
    The problem is I am retired and on a fixed income. I have Medicare and Tricare though the military unless you take insurance I would not be able to afford your program.
